Current source of truth

Current scope
Multi-area Ops Memory framework:
- Store any business area or build as its own memory project
- Track current scope, next action, owner, and approval gate
- Track decisions, scope changes, guardrails, files, messages, and approvals
- Search across project names, people, tags, scope, notes, files, and messages
- Keep each area separate but searchable from one ServiceLane screen

Examples of areas this can hold:
- Operation Ninja / contractor CRM
- Surface Call Assistant
- ServiceLane build tasks
- Dashboard changes
- CRM enhancement scopes
- SOP/workflow changes
- Future pieces Lenore asks Wilson to build
Next actionLenore will instruct where to build the next piece; add each approved area as a separate memory project with its own scope and approval gate.
Approval gateUse the memory layer broadly, but do not build or deploy the next CRM/product piece until Craig or Lenore approves that specific scope.

Timeline / decisions

Guardrail / riskSeparate each build area clearly2026-06-19 · Wilson

Each new area should become its own memory project with tags, owner, scope, next action, approval gate, files, and message history so contexts do not blur together.

DecisionOps Memory is for multiple areas2026-06-19 · Craig

Craig clarified this should not be only the Lenore/Operation Ninja build. It should support multiple business areas, with Lenore instructing where to build the next piece.
