Craig added manual-assisted Surface / Phone Link calling, voicemail drop, call outcome logging, Next Call mode, reminders, and a CRM API endpoint to the Lenore contractor CRM build.
Contractor package included master spreadsheet, CSV, summary counts, CRM scope notes, campaign history, voice/SMS/email tracking, DNC/opt-outs, follow-ups, and tier rerating.
